We’ve teamed up with Michelle Evans-Fecci from Tenby who was a contestant on last years’ Great British Bake Off

We became friends with Michelle through her Instagram page when she started using our products in her recipes and tagging us in her posts early last year. We loved her recipes, style and imagery so much that we were very keen to team up with her
She is proud of her Welsh heritage, as are we so we can’t wait to share her recipes with you
Here’s a word from Michelle:
“I’m proud to be Welsh, and I love nothing more than using good quality local ingredients and produce in my bakes and we enjoy this cheese as a family. I love the creaminess of Dragon cheese, and their new Handcrafted range is simply delicious! I even took the vintage cheddar into The Great British Bake Off tent, and used it in my tear and share bread rolls! What I love the most is the close relationship Dragon has with their farmers, as many have been supplying them with milk for generations which makes it so special.The farmers are red tractor assured and work hard to keep their cows happy, and allow their cows to graze on the lush grass of Caernarfon and surrounding areas. I‘m absolutely thrilled to be developing recipes and working with Dragon cheese. The recipes that I will be sharing with you all will have been made, tried and tested by myself for you all to enjoy and have a go at! Happy Baking!”
