Cavern Cheddar Fondue
Step by Step
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
60g Dragon Welsh Salted Butter
60g Plain flour
1tsp ground mustard powder
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
120ml whole milk
400g Cavern Platinum
Black pepper, to season
Bread, apple slices, crudites or bacon to serve
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
In a small sauce pan melt the butter.
Stir in the flour, mustard powder and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Slowly add milk.
Bring to boil, and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
Reduce the heat, add the cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
Transfer to a fondue pot or slow cooker; keep warm.
Serve with bread, apple slices, crudites or bacon.
