Competition Terms and Conditions
The prize is a pair of WRU Six Nations tickets to Wales v England (15th March kick off 16:45).
The promoter cannot be held responsible for delivery problems with the courier.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a prize is not available, the promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
To enter the competition, users must follow all of the Dragon Wales social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and/or Tik Tok, and follow the instructions to tag a friend in the promotional post.
Alternatively, you can also enter by subscribing to our newsletter. Current subscribers to the newsletter may enter the competition by entering their email addresses.
This promotion is free to enter.
This promotion begins on the date that the competition post is made by the promoter and the competition will run until 11.59pm on Sunday 15th December, with a winner chosen at random within 7 days of the competition end.
The winner will be notified by the promoter via email, replied to the comments of their entry, or privately messaged on Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok (dependent on means of entry).
Due to the nature of Facebook and Instagram, it is acknowledged by entrants that it will not be possible for the promoter to see entries or to contact entrants by private message if their account is set to ‘private’. Should a winner be uncontactable because their account is set to private, their prize shall be forfeited, and a replacement winner will be selected.
If you are chosen as the winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner.
The winner agrees to their name and social media handle being posted by the promoter and its commercial partners on Instagram/Facebook/
Tik Tok to congratulate them on their win, should the promoter wish to do so. Public announcement shall not be used as the means to notify the winner of the fact that they have won the prize.
The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over only.
We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
Any entry that is illegible, lost or misplaced, incomplete or fraudulent, or which otherwise does not comply with these rules, will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Four Agency Worldwide.
The winners will be notified no later than 48 hours after their entry has been chosen at random.
If the winners do not respond within 7 days of receiving the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and choose an alternative winner (and so on until the prize is fulfilled).
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer/phone hardware or software failure of any kind.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice at any time. The promoter may at its discretion extend the period of the promotion.
This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English and Welsh law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
