RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Edwards of Conwy Firecracker Sausages
  • 4 Braces Finger Rolls
  • 50g Dragon Grated Cheddar
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the BBQ
    Heat the BBQ to medium-high.
  2. Grill the sausages
    Cook the Firecracker sausages for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  3. Fry or grill the onions
    In a pan or on the BBQ, cook the onions in a little olive oil until soft and golden.
  4. Toast the rolls
    Lightly toast the finger rolls, cut-side down, on the BBQ for about 30 seconds.
  5. Assemble the hot dogs
    Place a sausage in each roll. Top with fried onions and a generous sprinkle of grated cheddar.

Tip:

Serve with mustard or hot sauce for extra heat!
