Introducing Chris ‘flamebaster’ Roberts #TheBigCheese of barbecuing!

Chris loves cooking on flames with locally sourced Welsh produce.

It’s takeover time for Chris on the Dragon Wales Facebook & Instagram, all culminating his take on a ‘Philly cheese steak sandwich at 6:00pm on Saturday 18th July!

If you fancy cooking along, here’s what you’ll need:

INGREDIENTS:

Salsa:

Sweet peppers

Tomato

Onion

Green Chillies

Garlic bulb

Cheese Sauce:

50g Dragon butter

Milk

Plain flour

80g smoked cheese

100g vintage cheddar with leeks

Flatbread:

400g strong white flour

1 tsp salt

1 tablespoon sugar

7g sachet of fast-action yeast

2 tbsp olive oil

300ml warm water
