6 slices of meat of your choice e.g. ham, salami, pepperoni
Toppings of choice e.g. tomatoes, onion, peppers
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 180C/160 fan/gas mark 4.
Use a cutter or a glass/mug to cut circles out of the tortilla – you should get 3 from each wrap.
Push the 6 circles into the holes of a muffin tin to create a ‘bowl’ for your toppings
Beat the eggs together with ¾ of the cheese and add into the tortilla bowls, add your meat and toppings, finish off with the rest of the cheese before baking for 15-20mins until the egg has cooked.
