Nduja & Vintage Cheddar Toastie

Step by Step

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 150g Dragon Vintage Cheddar, grated
  • 4tbsp Cwm Farm Charcuterie Nduja
  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100g baby spinach
  • Baby tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 2tsb butter
  • Pinch mixed herbs

RECIPE DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the olive oil gently in a pan. Add the spinach and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Gently cook the spinach until lightly wilted. Set to one side.
  3. Spread the Nduja across three slices of the sourdough bread. Top with spinach, baby tomatoes and most of the Cheddar.
  4. Assemble the three slices on top of each other.
  5. Butter the final slice and top with the remaining Cheddar and mixed herbs.
  6. Place the final slice onto the toastie.
  7. Air fry on a high heat for 10 minutes. Alternatively split the toastie in half and grill in the oven.
