Storing and Serving

Cheese should ideally be wrapped in waxed of greaseproof paper then place in an airtight plastic container before storing in the refrigerator.

To serve your cheese bring it out of the refrigerator at least 20 minutes before serving. When making a cheeseboard, arrange your cheeses and then cover with a clean damp cloth to prevent the cheese from drying out.
