One of our favourites for Mother’s Day is our Welsh Cavern Aged Cheddar. Made using only Welsh milk, our Welsh Cavern Cheddar is typically matured for 12 months to create a cheese that is rich, creamy, and full of flavour. The cheese has a slightly crumbly texture that melts in your mouth and a tangy, nutty flavour that pairs perfectly with a range of accompaniments.
